Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Driving profitable revenue in the designated territory through sales of group insurance products viz. group health, group PA and group overseas travel using the allocated distribution setup of intermediaries Brokers, Agents, Direct & Banca) and completion of allocated business objective within the organizational strategic framework.
- Activate intermediaries in the designated territory.
- Relationship Management with all the intermediaries & key personnel of the clients.
- Market research and portfolio buildup for the corporate group businesses in the designated territory.
- Would be responsible for acquiring and farming multiple partnerships (Brokers, Corporate agents, NBFCs and other alternate channels of distribution) for SME business acquisition.
- To look for cross sell/upsell opportunities and retention as we progress.
- Maintain a repository of business pipeline in the designated territory with complete information.
- Facilitate negotiations on various parameters.
- Work towards client satisfaction by working in close coordination with CRM and other internal teams.
Key Requirements - Education & Certificates
- Graduate/MBA
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of sales experience in Insurance (group business- products like GPA, Group Mediclaim, Group travel Insurance)
- Knowledge of local corporate group business
Knowledge of SME distribution in the local market & Local Brokers network
