Apollo Munich Health Insurance - Agency Development Manager (1-8 yrs)
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Purpose of Role :
- ADM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
- Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
- Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.
- Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
- Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum Qualification-Graduate.
- 1-8 years experience in BFSI sales. Experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, Financial product selling, Telecom, IT sales, Consumer Goods, Pharma sales.
- Need to have hunger for growth in life.
- Proficiency in English and local language.
- Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys.
Package Offered: - upto 2.62 lacs + reimbursements + incentives
Age: - not more than 35 yrs
- Candidates who knows Local Language & having good network of Agents/ Advisors is main criteria & having passion for doing Sales Job. Will not consider Agents/Advisors.
Industry preference : Insurance, Banks(CASA experience, Loan Experience, Credit card Sales), NBFC, Broker, Pharma, Tele com, real State, Sapace selling (Advertising), FMCG
