Apollo 247 - Associate - B2B Sales (3-8 yrs)
The B2B sales associate role is part of the Strategic Partnerships team at Apollo 24|7. We are the largest Omni-channel health-care platform in India backed by Apollo Group, with a vision to make quality health care accessible to all.
- New Corporate Client acquisition .Generate leads, manage and convert them. Upsell, renewal and Account management.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and new accounts atarget
- Runs campaign calendar, performance & strategic business reviews, and contractual discussions with clients
- The primary point of contact for clients and internal teams on all aspects and channels of the service.
- Accountable for meeting/exceeding client needs, issues management and resolution, and customer concern
- Able to independently drive medium to large projects/initiatives from inception through completion
- Works with the product, marketing, legal, finance, and other cross-functional support to execute daily tasks, adhering to agreed-upon SLAs
- Interacts with clients and sales on a regular basis to provide updates on campaign performance and overall customer health
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in account management and cross-functional team work
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel along with a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for operational excellence
