Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Overall planning, account operations management
- Managing cross-functional workstreams
- Driving retention for the company - user profiling, customer segmentation, cohort analysis
- Drive acquisitions through digital marketing initiatives with a focus on programmatic inventories, engines, display networks and video platforms
- Setting up new engagement marketing programs, experimenting aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to scale the number of repeat users on the platform
- End-to-end ownership of strategic and operational initiatives for engagement marketing campaigns including budgeting, tracking, creative production, journey optimization.
- Report on monthly performance, targets and trend data, sharing key insights with the senior leadership team
- Identify market opportunities that will strengthen Apna Klub's foothold as the preferred selection for procurement needs
- Develop a model of iterative testing and optimisation of all campaigns to drive efficiency
- Work closely with other Growth teams to build insights and actionable ideas at a user level
- Work closely with the local content and marketing teams to build the right frameworks that can drive acquisition efforts by micro cohorts and user segments
What to Bring :
- Proficiency with running large performance marketing campaigns, data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring
- 3+ years of experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail
- Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories
- Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross-functional environment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity
- Ability to lead with influence and work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience leading high-cadence controlled experimentation
- A willingness to work outside of the scope in order to bring alignment and better overall outcomes to the business at large
