Base Location : Anywhere in India with consistent and stable mobile/ data connectivity (Remote working)
Working hours : Needed to work from 4pm to 1am IST
Education Qualification : Any Bachelors, Preferably BBA, MBA, BCA and Commerce graduates
Expectations :
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills especially in written and verbal communication.
- Candidate(s) should be fluent in English and should be able to write emails and notes without any hassle and with alacrity
- Candidates should have a neutral accent and must have the competency to comprehend international accent(s) over calls
- Good E-Commerce knowledge
- Basic Software knowledge
- Candidates should be ready to work in rotating night shift

Roles and responsibilities of ADR :
- The role demands an acute acumen to search and develop a database of potential clients
- One has to create leads using LinkedIn, Zoominfo and similar contact databases
- Responsibility lies from searching the right companies, relevant contacts to make the sales pitch until the lead is converted into an opportunity for sales team
- This is an individual contributing role and targets would be set based on overall team targets
