Roles and Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the call centre team operations with set targets of calls and conversions.
- Conducting training sessions for freshers and ongoing development sessions for the existing team.
- Conducting Mock sessions and Performance reviews o regular basis with the team.
- Imparting trainings on the new project tie ups.
- Handling escalated customer complaints or enquiries and providing timely resolutions.
- Monitoring lead generation process with marketing team and calling report on day to day basis.
- Generating the call reports, customer feedback reports and pre-sales metrices.
Requirements :
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle customer queries and issues.
- Understanding of real estate market trends and sales techniques.
- Understanding of CRM systems and call centre software's for database management.
