Apeiron Healthcare - Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances & Partnerships (4-20 yrs)

Responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop and execute revenue generation strategies for our projects & programmes
- Generate leads through research and networking; arrange and attend meetings with top management of various organizations to secure work orders
- Participate in networking events, workshops and other programmes to build new relationships with major corporate, government departments, agencies and individuals to convince them to partner with us.
- Prepare and give presentations to senior officials of government and private organizations on various topics related to our work
- Keep abreast of private sector corporate healthcare movements and engagements
- Design and execute experiential engagement programmes for prospective clients & investors
- Carry out budgeting and financial planning for executing programmes and partnerships
- Work with the Design and Communications vendor to develop effective marketing collateral
- Draft compelling concept notes, proposals, pitch presentations, web, social media and other content to reach out to and engage existing and potential clients/investors
- Execute event management and support work for our events and business development related programs
- Remain informed and up to date with latest developments in the healthcare industry
Skills :
- Must be confident and articulate with exceptional presentation, analytical and written & oral communication skills in English, Hindi and regional language.
- Exceptional outreach, sales, social and relationship management skills.
- A passion and penchant for storytelling, creativity and working ideas into conversations and willing to travel extensively.
- Ability to conduct meetings with Senior Government officials and top level management staff
- Ability to work with various professionals in corporate PR and marketing as well as media & advertising agencies.
- Should be skilled in people management, building long-term relationships with potential partners, clients, investors and supporters by persuasively promoting the organization.
- Capable of researching information, conducting analysis and presenting results
- Ability to strategize, plan and execute KRAs within budget
- Should have an interest in, and commitment to, the organization's goals and objectives.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Experience in marketing, sales, Public relations/ hospital management with a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience
- Graduate/ Post Graduate from any recognized University
