About The Role :

As Relationship Manager (RM) - Education, your deep knowledge, excellent planning, empathetic attitude and process oriented execution will help us serve our customers efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact with the customers, and, hence, will be the eyes and ears of the entity. You will make sure that we thoroughly understand our customers- aspirations, attitude, and, requirements, and are able to serve them with the right products and services, at the right time, so that they become a better version of themselves.

This role blends consultative sales, product development, and operations. You will work with students to understand them better, and will consult them on the right paths they should take, to achieve their true potential. You will drive revenue for the entity by consultatively selling products and services to students and parents, which are good for them. You will guide them, right from improving learning, acquiring new skills, entrance exam preparation, to admission counseling, and more.

You will prospect, acquire and retain clients by offering them value added education products. You will research, investigate and update yourself on available education opportunities/ market trends to determine whether they will be beneficial for your clients. You will provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.

You will achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix. You will use the online CMP system diligently and achieve - 75% of their require customer contact each month. Finally, you will have the opportunity to grow within the organization, and take up higher responsibility roles, by leveraging your past experience and learning new skills.

Positions are based out of Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Jalandhar.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Student Assessment & Counseling: Assess the aptitude, skills, learning abilities, and personalities of the students through appropriate psychometric / other tools. Counsel them if they are facing any issue. Help them make the right decisions to shine in their lives.

- Parent Advisory & Support: Help parents in understanding their children so that they are able to guide them in achieving the best version of their selves. Advise them on choosing the right direction for their wards, through workshops, trainings, one-on-one interactions, among other methods.

- Consultative Sales: Sell only the right products, as per the requirements and aspirations of the students and parents, like skill enhancement workshops, specialised sports coaching, summer school programs, entrance exam coaching support, admission counseling, etc.

- Product Development: Work with the central product development team so that the needs and wants of the customers and consumers are fulfilled by offering them the right product portfolio.

- Customer Service: Ensure that NPS is at least in second quartile as compared to peers.

- Operational Process Management: Ensuring that service delivery is standardized and that the feedback systems are working properly. Data collection, reporting, analysis, preparing recommendations, and coordinating with central and school authorities, will be part of your responsibilities.

Background and Educational Requirements:

- Relationship Management experience in industries like finance, financial services, banks, wealth advisory, private banking and education is highly preferred.

- Relevant Sales and Business Development experience in other B2C / retail industries will also be considered.

- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role is required.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, are a must have. Relaxation in Hindi requirement for Expat candidates.

- Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and convince others is required.

- Female candidates will be preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.

Compensation:

INR 4-8 Lacs per annum plus incentives.
