- Speak with potential clients on the phone and explain them about the gym. Note down all relevant information and enter it in the computer.
2. Meet and greet new members at the club.
3. Do a detailed club tour and explain the member about all the various features/benefits of the gym. Have ability to understand what the client is looking for and then pitch the required services.
4. Ensure existing members issue are addressed
5. Make cold calls and follow up on leads
6. Explain with great passion on the benefits of fitness.
