Job Description
- Tele Calling(Inbound and Out bound) and Online Chat Support Executive to support Sales and Marketing, Medical Patient Support for( Doctors,Hospitals,Clinics)Tele and Chat Support for Lead Generation and Conversion for SME's in the B2B,B2C categories.
- Handling calls and answering enquiries, resolving the concerns.
- Pitching and Motivating for Sales Conversion
- Offering Chat support for lead generation and Sales Conversion
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Provide Back end services to Clients
- Engaged in handling inbound and outbound calls of different business units,customers,clients.
- Provide World Class Customer Service.
- End to End Transaction of Reports.
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
- You would be engaged in Shared Services of BPO Unit.
- Experienced candidates having speaking skills of any of the following languages ( Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Marathi) will be having added advantage.
