Job Description :
The person will be responsible for :
- Guiding customers how to use the services, training them on new updates on the site.
- Giving Service calls to all the existing customers.
- Resolving new & existing clients queries and complaints.
- Preparing website site map, schedule work to programmer,designer,send designs and completed work to customers over email and communicate the same over telephone.
- Take requests from customers. Also, verify if request from customers are approved for work and act as a bridge between the production staff and customers.
- Follow up with the customer for balance payments,renewals.
- Send proforma invoice, renewal Invoice, part payment - invoice and receipts.
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Coordinate with client and the designated teams for designing of websites, e-mail newsletters logos and other related works.
- Keeping track of the designing process.
- Follow up with client and the respective teams.
- Ensure timely completion of work and escalate delay any if to the management and also if required to the customer.
