Job Description :
- Answer Customer/Patient help requests received via chat on multiple websites in a professional or friendly and accurate manner
- Provide information on various details like treatments or cost or appointments or that match the customer's requirement
- Answer/Escalate questions related to the conditions/treatments/request by the user
- Convert some of the chat users into appointments and treatment procedures without compromising the user experience.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Excellent customer service skills including follow up
- Good written/Verbal communication in English is MUST
- Good problem solving or diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate complex issues in a friendly and easy to understand format (written)
- Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
