What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
- This Will Involve
- Understand, optimise and package our ads and content inventory.
- Work with ad agencies, internal sales team and direct customers to run successful, measurable campaigns.
- Focus around Branded content in the form of both Articles and Videos
- Focus on the categories Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle in terms of both native content and ad banners.
- Create a very aggressive - outreach- program that will pitch our network to advertisers, brands, agencies and intermediaries for direct sales
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and report metrics appropriately.
- Analyse and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs.
Who could you be? Background and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital ad sales
- Some degree to show you can read and write.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well versed with Digital in terms of social, web content, videos, etc.
- Excellent with Numbers, Excels and PPTs.
- We are looking for young enthusiastic people who are team players and can add value to a dynamic team .
