Roles & Responsibility :
- Core responsibility is to help partner brands increase digital sales and visibility on Red Dot Shop.
- Generate sales on Red Dot Shop using various paid and organic growth avenues.
- Managing Operational & Marketing Activities for partner brands across categories.
- Strategizing & Achieving GMV Growth
- Building Relationships with all partner brands to constantly ideate and implement new marketing and promotional avenues for growth of RDS and partners across social and web.
- Ensuring operational excellence, involving practice of rigorous and continuous self-educating process across ecommerce workflows.
- Presenting & Forecasting GMV analysis to Management & partners.
- Forecast to advice business improvement methods & plans to respective partners
- Ensuring Competitive Product Positioning with in-depth knowledge across various categories.
- Should have good knowledge of brand building through Social Media channels - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.
- Well versed with various marketing avenues online as well as offline
- Good understanding of SEO, Paid and unpaid avenues to drive sales.
- Build and develop new sales & social initiatives and IP's with various brands.
- Run various campaigns, sponsored ads, promotions, etc.
