JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Advise, address and understand customer requirements answering incoming calls.
2. Provide all product/project related information to potential customers over call.
3. Convince, cross-sell and up-sell and ensure sales closure
4. Must be comfortable presenting products as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
5. Influence the prospective customers to buy the product and will be responsible for closing sale deals.
6. Documents transactions and update the customer database by completing various reporting forms and records logs
7. Responsible to maintain good customer relationships.
8. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
9. Coordination with other teams
10. Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Skills
1. Outstanding negotiation skills
2. Persuasive, self driven and highly motivated
3. Highly skilled in CRM /Database software for leads
4. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu
5. Superior people skills
Qualification & Experience
1. Any graduate from a recognized university with at least 2 years of experience as telesales representative or in sales / customer service role.
Fresher with excellent communication skills ( Telugu, Hindi & English)and superior people skills are encouraged to apply.
