Anuhar Homes - Executive - Sales (0-3 yrs)
- Looking for proactive and highly motivated individuals for our sales team!
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify new customers within the customer environment.
- Be proactive in building productive and trust worthy relationships with customers.
- Meet prospective customers to understand their real estate needs and provide assistance, information regarding on-going projects of the company.
- Develop and Maintain relationships with existing Customers via Direct Meetings, Telephone calls and E-mails.
- Generate new opportunities.
- Approaching and Interacting with the clients and accompany them on site visits.
- Should have understanding of the Real Estate Market and the procedure of Real Estate transactions.
- Sales of Residential (Apartments and Villas) properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available properties.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Experience & Qualification :
- BBA/B. Com/MBA/Marketing/Business Management/Bachelors a must.
- 0 - 3 years' of experience in Sales. (Real Estate Experience Preferred).
- Well versed in computer skills i.e. MS Office, Client Relationship Manager Software, etc.
Required Skills :
- Efficient in communicating in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Able to work well under pressure and target oriented situations
- Report-writing skills
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to details.
Note :
- Freshers with Customer Relationship skills and Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu can be considered.
