What will you do?

Identify enterprises that need L&D programs and establish contact.

- Conduct meetings in-person or digital meetings with the company's senior-level executives

- Achieving exceptional conversion on leads coming from marketing and lead-gen efforts

- Rigorous follow-ups from leads to create a successful business from new and existing customer accounts

- Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue streams.

- Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently

- Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.

What skills do you need?

- A bach
elor's degree in IT, business, or a related field. MBA from Tier 1,2 institutes preferred.

- 7 + years' quota-carrying B2B sales experience ( High Growth Startup experience would be great)

- The suitable candidate should have a very good understanding of core technology, Agile, product management, project management, and digital transformation.

- Prior work experience in B2B EdTech/HR-Tech/Technology/Consulting sales is mandatory.

- Good understanding of the hierarchy and structure of various roles in top organizations

- Value Driven Sales Professional, Collaborating with Clients and helping them Achieve their Objectives

- Highly Focused and Result Oriented with Experience in Client Acquisition, Account Management, and Channel Management
