Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive Post-Sales CRM Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our existing customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our CRM product. You will be responsible for understanding customer challenges, providing guidance on best practices, and delivering personalized support to enhance CRM usage. This role is key to driving user engagement and increasing CRM sales within our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Engagement : Connect with existing customers to understand their challenges with the CRM and provide solutions to improve their experience and efficiency.

- User Guidance : Offer hands-on guidance to customers on how to use the CRM effectively to achieve their business goals, increasing overall product adoption.

- Demos and Training : Provide product demos and training sessions as needed to educate customers on new features and functionalities.

- Increase CRM Sales : Identify opportunities to upsell and increase CRM licenses and services within the current customer base by showcasing the value of additional users or features.

- Customer Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

- Feedback Loop : Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team to relay any software gaps or challenges faced by users.

- Performance Metrics : Track and report on CRM adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and sales growth from existing clients.

Qualifications :

- Experience in post-sales, customer success, or a similar role (preferably with CRM or software products).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs.

- Experience delivering product demos and training.

- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and increase product usage.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and their business applications
