Job Description :
1. Should be fluent in English and other regional languages, Report to Line Manager directly. Knowledge in Real estate will be an added advantage.
2. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
3. Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
4. Gather useful information from customer and competitor data. Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
5. Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
6. Track, identify and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
7. Speak to Personals, Ongoing Projects, Network, and Pitch the company's Brands and Services offered in order for Business Development.
8. Attend Meetings at the offices and sites and take notes of everything that needs to be done.
9. Get Presentations and Quotations made for the client with the help of seniors.
10. Bridge the requirement of the New and already existing clients.
Skills : Communication Top Class, Management of Multiple Tasks, Presentation of self and the company.
