We are seeking a talented and experienced Proposal Writer with a strong background in SaaS or Web 3.0 industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling, persuasive, and accurate proposals in response to RFQs (Request for Quotations) and RFPs (Request for Proposals). This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS solutions or Web 3.0 technologies, as well as the ability to translate complex technical details into clear and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities :

- Proposal Development : Write, edit, and produce high-quality proposals and supporting documents in response to RFQs and RFPs, ensuring they meet all requirements and adhere to company standards

- Technical Understanding : Leverage your knowledge of SaaS platforms OR Web 3.0 technologies to accurately represent our solutions and address technical requirements and queries.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and technical experts to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy.

- Research and Analysis : Conduct research on client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to craft tailored and competitive proposals.

- Compliance : Ensure all proposals comply with client guidelines, formatting requirements, and submission deadlines.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, templates, and content to enhance efficiency and proposal quality.

- Research : Prior experience in reaching the open proposals from the market shall be added advantage.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Proposal Writer or in a similar role, preferably within SaaS or Web 3.0 industries.

- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of SaaS solutions OR Web 3.0 technologies, and industry standards.

- Skills : Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and persuasive content.

- Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Project Management : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in technical writing or related areas are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with proposal management, software and tools.

- Experience with blockchain technology, decentralized applications, or other Web 3.0 innovations will be a plus.

- Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to the SaaS OR Web 3.0 sectors.
