About the Job: The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Skills:
- Experience using sales CRMs, HubSpot preferred.
- Experience with Sales Enablement Tools
- Experience using LinkedIn as a sales outreach tool
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Must be a creative thinker to overcome customer rejections.
- Demonstrated ability to find, utilize and optimize a variety of prospecting tools and program
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Technical aptitude as it relates to the software development industry highly preferred.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Initiating contact with prospects and customers and develops new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads, soliciting new business, and building connections.
- Securing sales by reaching out to clients through calls, correspondence, or face-to-face interactions.
- Generating and qualifying sales leads for business development via mass mailing / LinkedIn / twitter, cold calling, etc.
- Communicate our value propositions to prospects and determine quality of lead.
- Vet lead list for warm and cold leads
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to leaders.
- Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.
- Stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
- Schedule demonstrations and meetings for prospects, technical experts and sales executives.
- Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Maintain and upkeep the Sales CRM.
- Partner with the Marketing team to create sales presentations for enterprise clients.
- Planning strategy for weekly/monthly sales campaigns
- Generate database through market research and analysis by performing multiple types of Research
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
