Job Description:
1) Oversee the operations of different departments in the center and ensure the smooth functioning of the center
2) Design long term and short term strategies and set milestones to monitor progress of the team
3) Execute local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns, identify and build strategic alliances with various Corporate Hospitals and Doctors and increase the awareness of Baby Spa
4)Continue to grow revenues and customer base in the city
5) Think out of the box and stimulate team to actively take part in intensive care activities of infant's who attend sessions
6) Represent Baby Spa in variety of Franchise marketing conferences
