We are hiring for Sales Coordinator for New Delhi location with experience of 0 - 4 years.

Job Responsibilities :

- Taking follow-ups on inquiry, sales and tracking status for each follow ups with the customers.

- Organizing and maintaining the confidential files and records.

- Acting as a point of contact between the executives and internal /external clients.

- Attending Demos/meetings whenever required

- Managing day-to-day operations of the office and providing back office support to sales team.

- Coordinating with Sales and CRM team by managing rosters, and communicating relevant information.

- Respond to complaints/requests from customers and give after-sale support when required.

- Assisting in the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines; inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
