ANS eCommerce - Team Leader - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer support processes (email and call) for leading e-commerce brands along with managing a team of agents.
2. Work with the business team to understand the client's requirements and assist in new onboarding.
3. Ensure tools- integration and set up logic rules for new processes
4. Lead client coordination for each process.
5. Prepare monthly management reports, track and monitor team's performance.
Desired Skills & Experience :
Must-have :
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Should be good with time management and organized
- Should be data driven and high on ownership
Good to have :
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and logistic operations.
- Experience of working on OMS (order management system) and ticketing tools
