The Role
Inside Sales Specialist will be a highly motivated and self-starter person able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. He/she will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales teams.
This is an opportunity to work in one of India's Fastest growing Startups, and connecting directly with the CXOs and Business heads of companies across India (and possibly UAE, Singapore, other parts of Asia eventually).
Responsibilities :
- Generate Enterprise/Mid-market leads based on in-depth research & competitor analysis for focused verticals via Google, LinkedIn, Outbound calling, Database creation, etc.
- Generate Ideas and unique thoughts on how to get new leads
- Create Reports and mails to update the management and team on the progress
- Achieve the set target of qualified leads to be generated campaign wise for the Sales team
- Set up meetings, ensures the sales personnel is equipped with necessary information
- Orient the sales manager about subtle nuances captured during lead generation exercise and assist in building sales collaterals to orient prospective clients
- Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends
- Analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects
- Persistent follow up with the client to get a meeting
Bare minimum Expectations:
- Good command of Spoken and Written English language communication is a must, this is NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Should have worked on a CRM and some tools needed for selling (Experience on HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho is an added advantage), or open to learn
- Experience in Indian, Middle East, and Asian market (Day shift)- India focus mainly - Understanding of MS Office and Google sheets
- Should have worked on Outbound Email automation tools like SendX, SendGrid, etc
