ANS eCommerce - Customer Support Role (1-3 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Handle customer support process (emails and calls) for leading e-commerce brands
- Work with operations and business team to provide resolution to customer queries
- Maintain resolution TATs and data hygiene
- Prepare monthly management reports, track and monitor client's performance
Desired Skills & Experience :
Must-have :
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be good with time management and organized
- Should be process driven and high on ownership
Good to have :
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Familiarity with e-commerce and logistic operations
- Experience of working on OMS (order management system) and ticketing tool
