ANS eCommerce - Business Manager - Marketing (3-7 yrs)
Role :
Business Manager - B2C Revenue & Marketing is a key client facing personnel, who :
- Ensures revenue & marketing success delivery for clients in the allocated account portfolio
- Strategizes for and ensures goal achievement for the ecommerce growth & strategy for clients
- Builds durable relationships with clients across all levels & functions
- Builds and delivers client management excellence
- Business Manager is able to guide, deliver to and partner with clients- internal Planning team while playing an active
- Hands-on- role in the deployment of ecommerce plans.
Responsibilities :
- Understanding client's ecommerce goals & our deliverables, and deliver success on the agreed KPIs
- Timely & quality communication to engage and update clients
- Contribute ideas to grow the client's ecommerce business proactively
- Manage & drive performance of a team of Business Associates
- Coordinate with and be an internal client to the functions viz. Product, Fulfillment, and Marketing
- Prepare and drive monthly, weekly, daily client interactions (meetings / calls) - status reporting & reviews,
insights, and escalation resolution

- 3+ years of experience, and demonstrated success in ecommerce (on brand/platform side or on agency / solutions provider side)
- Experience in Performance Marketing
- Have exposure to managing 5+ clients and have managed team of 1+
- Superior planning and organizational skills, ability to lead projects & work with cross-functional teams
- Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Finance / Analytics / Advertising
- Solid work-ethic: Results-driven, detail-oriented, structured in formal communications and a good presenter with a Professional & positive approach
