ANS eCommerce - Business Manager - B2C Revenue & Marketing - eCommerce (3-6 yrs)
Business Manager - B2C Revenue & Marketing is a key client-facing personnel, who:
- Serves as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
- Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensures revenue & marketing success delivery for all client accounts
- Strategizes, plans and ensures goal achievement for client ecommerce business growth
Business Manager is able to guide, deliver to and partner with clients- internal Planning team while playing an active - hands-on- role in the deployment of ecommerce plans.
Responsibilities :
- Develop an advisory relationship with key accounts and client stakeholders
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of services and solutions as per client needs and objectives
- Effectively and timely communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet targets
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Assist with client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Tech, marketing, Warehousing) to improve the entire client experience
- Manage & drive performance of a team of Business Associates
- Prepare and drive daily/weekly/monthly client interactions with reports on initiatives status, business reviews, insights, and escalation resolution
Ping us if you have :
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager and demonstrated success in ecommerce (on brand/platform side or on agency/solutions provider side)
- Experience in Performance Marketing, E-commerce business management
- Have exposure to managing 5+ clients and have managed team of 1+
- Superior planning and organizational skills, ability to lead projects & work with cross-functional teams
- Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Finance / Analytics / Advertising
- Solid experience with Ms-office tools (particularly Ms-Excel)
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Solid work-ethic: Results-driven, detail-oriented, Professional & positive approach
