ANS eCommerce - Associate/Senior Business Associate (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for self-driven individuals with prior experience in e-commerce.
The key responsibilities include :
- Coordinate with clients on improvising the look and feel of the brand store and getting the changes implemented
- To plan client-specific promotions. Work with the product team to ideate new features to improve online user experience
- Improving Client Servicing Experience
- Create, manage and optimize client's product listing on Brand store
- Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs
- Coordinate changes with the business managers and get them implemented
- Research and identify new enhancements and feature we can enable on different brand stores
- Identify product, service issues, and resolve them accordingly
Requirements :
- Graduate (bachelor's degree) with a learning attitude and flexible to work in start-up environment (ambiguity & constant change), Preferable BCA or B.Tech
- Strong communication, problem solving, presentation skills with attention to details
- Excellent project management skills, team player and highly collaborative
