ANS eCommerce - Associate/Senior Associate - Inside Sales (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Generate Enterprise/Mid-market leads based on in-depth research & competitor analysis for focused verticals via Google, LinkedIn, Outbound calling, Database creation, etc.
- Own the sales cycle right from prospecting clients, introducing ANS Commerce, positioning, presenting solutions overview, essentially deliver the preliminary pitch of AnS services.
- Set up Handover meetings, ensures the sales personnel is equipped with necessary information to take the handover.
- Persistent follow up with the client to get a meeting -voice and non-voice follow ups
- Achieve the set target of qualified leads to be generated campaign wise for the Sales team
- Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends and analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects
- Creating Voice and non-voice prospecting and pitching templates and sales collaterals
- Work with Process Excellence resources to standardize processes to improve efficiency of prospecting and increasing MQL to SQL conversions.
- Creating Inside Sales Reports to update the management and team on the progress
- Wishlist is to become a lead generating strategist and execution specialist.
Years of Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in sales functions, customer services in E-commerce (preferred)
Expectations on Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication in English, Spoken and Written is a must, this is NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Excellent Understanding of MS Office and Google sheets
- Should have worked on or willing to learn, inside sales tools like (but not limited to):
- CRM : Like Hubspot Salesforce, Zoho is an added advantage
- Outbound prospecting tools: SendX, SendGrid, Zoho forms etc is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Indian E-commerce industry/ related technology/warehousing / Payments / Marketplaces / Brand e-store advantageous
- Experience in Direct B2B solution selling to Enterprises (E-commerce, CRM, ERP, SAAS, OMS, Payment solution, Concept selling, software solution sales experience] preferred.
- Should be eager to understand Technology & Client E-commerce requirements
- Should be comfortable in understanding and explaining technology and solutions related to E-commerce / Warehousing / Digital marketing / Marketplaces Preference of Professional background (In either or both of the following) - B2B Channel Sales (Solutions)
- Experience in Selling in the Domestic Market is a plus
- An entrepreneurial mindset, sense of ownership to get tasks done gets brownie points.
