Responsibilities :

- Responsible for driving process excellence projects that includes Design of long term strategies for all internal processes for sales functions

- Performing diagnosis and Structurally Identify opportunities to improve on the speed and quality of leads and deal conversion

- Capable to design end-to-end process framework taking into consideration increment in quality/efficiency/Customer experience and cost involved in the same.

- Design communication framework for proactive communication between teams (internally) and externally with Customers for End Sales & Inside Sales teams.

- Consistently review, report & Re-design processes to focus on continuous improvement in Customer experience dealing with AnS sales function

- Own the sales cycle process ensuring data accuracy, efficiency and ease of analysis and reporting through the sales cycle

- Wishlist is to become a process excellence strategist

Expectations on Skills and Abilities :

- BA/ BS or equivalent, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Technology, Analytical subject

- Green/Black belt certified in six sigma and have worked on six sigma projects in the past

- Exceptional communication skills including coordination skills, facilitation, good personal presentation, oral and written communication skills

- Knowledge of Indian E-commerce industry/ related technology/warehousing / Payments / Marketplaces / Brand e-store advantageous process flows

- Relationship and stakeholder management, preferably at middle management level ( e.g. persuading and influencing skills)

- Demonstrated mastery of process excellence competency principles and practices, e.g. System diagnostics and value stream mapping

- Experience leading process simplification and standardization initiatives in complex organizations

- Proven problem-solving using strong analytical skills to formulate hypotheses based on available data.

- Is an expert at process mapping current state and desired future state processes.

- Is competent with using simple root cause analysis tools, e.g. fish bone, 5 whys.

- Monitors implementation to ensure that the solution delivers the benefit.

- Validates that the solution has met the desired outcome using lead and lag measures

- Sets up controls to ensure that the improvement is sustained.

- Ability to teach /train the stakeholders on all of the above.

- An entrepreneurial mindset, sense of ownership to get tasks done gets brownie points.
