Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy : Develop and execute Instagram marketing strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and achieve brand objectives.

Content Creation : Collaborate with designers, photographers, and copywriters to create visually appealing and on-brand content, including posts, stories, reels, and carousels.

Community Management : Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering relationships with the Instagram community.

Campaign Management : Plan and manage Instagram ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

Analytics & Reporting : Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs (followers, reach, engagement rates, etc.), and provide insights for improvement.

Trend Spotting : Stay up-to-date with the latest Instagram features, trends, and competitor strategies, incorporating them into campaigns.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align Instagram strategies with overall brand goals and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts for brands or businesses.

- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.

- Excellent content creation skills, including basic graphic design and video editing.

- Proficiency in Instagram analytics tools and ad management platforms.

- Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
