Anlage Infotech - Manager - Sales/Business Development - Global Capability Center (3-10 yrs)
Job Purpose
The Sales/Business Development Manager - GCC will drive business growth by expanding Anlage's reach across over 1500 Global Capability Centers (GCCs) also know an GIC (Global In-house Centers), Captives, Shared Services Centers, Global Business Services (GBS), or India Development Centers in India.
- The candidate will leverage a strong network within GCCs or MSP companies, possess a proven track record of acquiring and managing high-profile clients, and demonstrate expertise in hunting for sales opportunities in the GCC market.
Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients within the GCC landscape.
- Leverage existing relationships to re-engage and onboard previous clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and client needs.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts to maximize profitability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and current market conditions.
- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and events organized by NASSCOM, ET Now, and others.
Desired Skills :
- Proven track record in hunting sales, with expertise in handling large clients or enterprises with multimillion-dollar portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and initiating new business.
- Strong network and existing client relationships in the GCC or MSP space.
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within the GCC ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience attending industry events organized by NASSCOM, ET Now, etc.
