Ankercloud - Inside Sales Specialist (3-5 yrs)
- We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to meet monthly targets.
- Creating brand awareness, and connecting with CXOs on LinkedIn.
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Communicating with customers and making outbound calls to potential customers
- Developing new leads and creating and maintaining customer databases in the CRM and keep updating the same on a regular basis.
- Understanding customer needs and explaining product/service features and benefits.
- Closing sales and achieving quotas.
Requirements :
- Graduation in any stream.
- Inside Sales experience in India/APAC market, minimum 3+ years.
- Strong listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong tele sales and cold calling experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
