Animall - Station Manager - Sales (3-8 yrs)
Role : Station Manager
- The person will be responsible for handling the P&L of the city as per the targets by effectively managing on-site operations, as well as generating and balancing supply and demand.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage city sales & operations, including route planning, vendor onboarding, fostering positive relationships with vendors, and achieving sales targets.
- Take charge of Profit and Loss (P&L) management for the station.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies.
- Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Lead and manage a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and a collaborative work environment.
- Enforce adherence to the right Turnaround Time (TAT) for timely delivery to customers.
- Act as a bridge between the market and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Strive for the reduction of operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure timely updates on Google Sheets for operational tracking and facilitate finance updates.
Must Haves :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading Sales and operations (Agri/FMCG) with at least 6 months of Pnl Management .
- Must be ok to travel and open for any location in UP and Rajasthan.
- High sense of ownership.
- Be highly motivated, self-driven, and open to new learnings and experiences.
Good To Haves :
- Startup experience Or 0-1 Solvers.
- Immediate Joining preferable.
