Angel One - Telecalling Role (0-1 yrs)
1. Purpose of call - should have a clear idea before making the call to a person or any organization.
2. Persistent in work - the more persistent the more successful you will be at work.
3. Permission to speak - after the introduction process, must ask the person whether they are willing to spare some of their time to talk to us.
4. Set up an appointment - if the person is busy, and then ask for the right time to call him.
5. Preparation of questions - to gather maximum information from the person, you must prepare a list of questions in priority order.
6. Control talking speed - should speak very fast because the customer cannot fully understand.
7. Closing the call - should finish the call with a thanking note for sparing time.
