Angel Broking - Regional Service Manager - Sales - B2B Vertical (8-12 yrs)
This role will be a team leading role, responsible for driving business through Master Franchise & Sub Brokers.
- Managing team of 5 /7 Relationship Manager for supporting MF & SB Partners and driving business via Brokerage generation and cross selling of various investment products.
- Providing services to new Sub-broker/Franchise/channel partners with team & individually.
- Maintaining & Developing relationship with Sub Brokers & Master Franchisee Partners.
- Managing team of 5/7 Relationship Manager & driving business agenda.
- Collaborating with various internal teams for smooth business support to Partners.
- Maintaining relationship with internal business & support team to drive business agenda.
(IT, RMS, Research, MF Sales, WMS etc )
- Post sales services i.e. - KYC acquisition & acquired SB/AP activation to drive revenue.
- Maintaining channel partner relationship of assigned territory.
- Training & Hand holding of partners.
- Organising events and program on a regular basis to increase client acquisition among partners.
- Driving digitisation through various platforms of internal angel products.
Candidate Profiles :
- Candidate with the knowledge of regional language will be desired & preferred however not must.
- Knowledge of Broking & Various investment product is MUST. ( Life Insurance Mutual Fund, Etc. )
- Excellent team management skills.
- Should have good communication and convincing skills.
- Should be open to work in target oriented environment.
- Should be a go-getter and self-focused.
- Seal to drive and generate business through Partner Relationship
