Angel Broking - Manager - Sales - B2C (3-7 yrs)
- Managing team of 10 Relationship Manager and driving sales targets to achieve the assigned Goal sheet.
- Responsible for New Customer Acquisition (Online & Offline) through direct sales targets
- Developing and motivating team to deliver assigned targets
- Developing and conducting of various sales activities on daily basis by team.
- Tracking daily performance of assigned team and share feedback's to improve performance.
- Training team on various products like- Equity, Commodity, Currency, Third party product - LI, HI, MF.
- Ensure adherence to Sales Processes.
- Manage team attrition.
- Responsible for promoting and developing corporate relations.
- Delivering individual and team targets MoM.
- Ensuring that the team is trained on all products and Operational procedures and take care on Regulatory Changes.
