Angel Broking - Customer Experience & Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
- Responsible for handling queries of customer through inbound calls
- Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries / grievances.
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers needs, clarify information and provide solutions
- Executing trades on behalf of customer
- Have a good positive attitude-should be committed to the work
Desired Candidate Profile :
- NCFM/NISM VIII certifications in capital markets, derivatives, and currency derivatives
- Good quantitative/analytical skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills required
- Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Relationship Management, Good knowledge of financial market
- Good Internet Connection is must
