Angel Broking - Area Wealth Head (5-8 yrs)
- Responsible for achievement of WMS Target
- Cross selling of WMS Product thru existing B2C channel
- Closing on lead generated for WMS
- Maintaining the Team Size & Selection of Team.
- Induction & Product Training for the Team
- Manage Lead Management system of the team
- Manage attrition of the Branch
- Setting & tracking of Goal Sheet for the team
- Tracking all exceptions & deviations, Segment Registrations,
- Margins, Appointments, Selection effectiveness etc.
- Responsibility includes Advisory services to HNI's and NRI's,
- Relationship management with Ultra HNI clients (Resident
- Indians, Corporate) in India ensuring annual revenue target achievement.
- Carry out quarterly/ annual portfolio review and analysis of the client's investment portfolio to ensure that the investments are in line with the client's expectations and risk profile.
