Angaros Group - Associate - Marketing Communications (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and evaluate comprehensive communications material/collateral for marketing and online strategies, including managing social media outreach
- To be responsible for managing all brand communications through digital channels from delivering stand-alone projects to integrated campaigns developing brand presence
- To be able to manage campaigns and communications to support key business initiatives, working to ensure that all activities are targeted to key audiences and leveraged across multiple channels where appropriate
- Coordinate for raw data, create and be accountable for the production of different collaterals and to ensure that the key messages are effectively communicated to the target segments
- Create, monitor and update content on the social media platforms
- Identify brand-building areas and create a plan on how to build our brand recognition, including on how to increase brand awareness within newly identified market segments/target audiences
- Should be able to acknowledge different writing styles and incorporate them as needed, to produce content of the latest genre, in the form of articles, POVs, web content, ad copy etc
Required Skills
- 2 to 5 years of writing experience with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communication and/or Journalism
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with good proofreading & copy editing abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, with direct involvement in projects on digital and social media
- An intuitive understanding and focus on the story and content creation
- High attention to detail and focus on quality output necessary
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including the leadership team
- Strong time management skills and remain flexible in order to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines
- Ability to provide creative inputs to projects
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interface with multiple audiences
- Ability to assess and select appropriate communication routes for different messages and audiences
- Commitment to excellence and accuracy, with an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
