Angara eCommerce - Executive - Search Engine Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid (Google and Bing) campaigns.
2. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEM initiatives.
3. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
4. Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
5. Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
6. Research and analyze competitor and tweak campaigns to stay on top of competition.
Required Skills:
1. Proven SEM experience and success managing SEM campaigns across Google, Bing and Yahoo.
2. Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
3. Should be flexible enough for working in different shift timings.
4. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
5. In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., AMO, Kenshoo, Google's AI).
6. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Omniture, Google Analytics).
7. Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
8. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
9. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
10. Knowledge/hand-on experience to leverage the Google AdWords API for basic task efficiency.

Preferred Qualification:
- B. Tech from premier institute
- MBA will be an added advantage
