Aner Group - Associate - Social Media & Marketing (2-3 yrs)
- We are searching for an experienced senior social media and marketing Associate who can develop effective digital marketing campaigns, create visual assets, and support our company's growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of marketing, both traditional and digital. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to find new ideas and strategies to implement successful marketing efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with marketing experts to design effective social media campaigns.
- Researching current trends in social media and keeping management informed of relevant changes impacting our marketing activities.
- Assessing the weaknesses in the digital marketing plan and suggesting measures to improve.
- Establishing measurable goals as KPIs for evaluating the performance of social media campaigns.
- Utilizing social media marketing tools.
- Efficiently organizing posts across multiple channels.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse marketing departments, ensuring uniformity in branding efforts.
- Generating various types of content, such as texts, videos, and images specifically tailored for social media platforms.
- Meticulously monitoring data analytics to evaluate the performance of ongoing promotions.
- Promoting products, services, and content on social media while maintaining the organization's brand image.
- Managing a designated budget allocated for promotional activities.
- Engaging with customers by promptly addressing inquiries and providing assistance when needed.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum education qualification is intermediate.
- Exceptional knowledge of various online marketing channels.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating multitasking capabilities.
