Candidates will work with prospects throughout the sales cycle, including generating new leads, educating them, and converting them into long-term customers.

Position: - Sales Executive.

Reporting to: - Director / CEO.

Office & Job Location: - MG Road, Camp, Pune 1.

Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.

- 4+ years- field sales experience.

- Must be willing to travel up to 50 percent of the time.

- Should have knowledge about the local market areas in Pune.

- Area exposure and FMCG exposure is MUST

- Develop Areas by developing new distributors/ retailers / wholesalers and increase the sales.

- Close new deals at a high rate and Build relationships with existing customers.

- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.

- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.

- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.

- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.

- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them.

- Taking outlets Feedback on any ongoing offer promotion from our organization.

- Monitoring and reporting on competitor actions.

- Would interact with distributors and retailers, and report to the CEO on daily operations.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
