Position: - Ecommerce Backend Executive.

Qualification: Graduate

Required Experience: - 1 to 3 Years

Required Nos: - 2 Nos.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Backend product and category data management for product listings.

- Marketing keywords should be researched and other sellers should be mapped out online.

- Implement these findings on our online platform.

- Dealing with customers over the phone, via email, and through WhatsApp.

- Assisting customers in finding appropriate products and services.

- Handling customer feedback, concerns, and complaints.

- Dealing with stressful situations and emergencies in a professional manner, and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed as soon as possible.

- Assisting the warehouse team with day-to-day operations.

- Candidates must be well-versed in e-commerce sites, catalogue creation, Magneto 2, and so on.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :

- The candidate must be extremely proficient in Excel.

- Prior knowledge of the Online Sellers portal is required.

- Excellent written English language skills.

Benefits :

- Daytime hours: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

- Salary ranges from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 16,000 per month.
