Anchanto - Manager - Customer Support (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities Include:
1. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or chat
2. respond promptly to customer inquiries
3. handle and resolve customer complaints
4. obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
5. provide pricing and delivery information

12. prepare and distribute customer activity reports
13. maintain customer databases
14. manage administration
15. communicate and coordinate with internal departments
