Anarock - Trainer - Sales (5-10 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to deliver high-impact induction training programs to our sales teams. This role requires an individual who can provide on-field coaching, create region-specific training content, and work closely with regional sales heads to enhance sales effectiveness. The Sales Trainer will also conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), measure program effectiveness, and roll out regular training calendars. This position involves regular travel to various project locations and micro markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver Induction Training Programs :
- Conduct comprehensive induction training programs for new sales team members.
- Ensure the training programs are engaging, informative, and aligned with the company's objectives.
On-field Coaching and Support :
- Provide on-the-ground coaching and hand-holding support to sales agents.
- Enhance sales skills and techniques through practical, real-time coaching.
Ensure Training ROI :
- Monitor and ensure the return on investment (ROI) from training programs by measuring agent productivity.
- Implement strategies to improve productivity post-training.
Content Creation :
- Develop and customize regional training content focusing on domain-specific knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure the training materials are up-to-date and relevant to the sales teams' needs.
Collaboration with Regional Sales Heads :
- Work closely with regional sales heads to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
- Implement training interventions to boost sales effectiveness.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA) :
- Conduct thorough TNA through field observations and feedback.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the sales teams' skills and knowledge.
Program Effectiveness and Action Plans :
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs by tracking agent productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement a Plan of Action (PoA) to support agents post-training.
Training Calendars :
- Prepare and roll out monthly and quarterly training calendars.
- Ensure all training sessions are scheduled and communicated effectively.
Travel :
- Regularly travel to project locations and micro markets to deliver training and support.
- Stay connected with the sales teams on the ground to understand their challenges and needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regularly and work in different regional locations.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and conducting Training Needs Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in Banking, Finance, Life Insurance, broking houses, Direct selling Agency (DSA) of banks/insurance companies, boutique wealth management companies, asset management companies, luxury automobile brands, and multi-level marketing (MLM) companies.
- Certification in training or coaching.
