Anarock - Team Leader - Residential Sales (8-10 yrs)
Job Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for maximizing Anarock's sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also, act as a single point contact on a Project that he/she leads the delivery operation
Responsibilities :
- Managing the entire site and staff (Sales) allocated at the site
- Actively liaise with the marketing team (Online & Offline Marketing) to design the marketing strategy and contribute towards it
- Managing & driving channel partner team to add more channel partners in their network
- Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy
- Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
- Ensure timely billing of all sale transactions and accurate collection
- Train and evaluate the performance of the team (10 to 15 employees)
- Aggressive Business Development to onboard more developers for Mandates
