Anarock - Sales Role - Corporate Divestment Team (4-8 yrs)
We are hiring for our Corporate Divestment Team which will be operating in Mumbai
The candidate should ideally be from a Corporate or Investment Banking background
- Will be maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails
- Onboarding potential clients for new business. (corporates, HNI/VIP/Super HNI clients for Luxury Business)
- Providing reliable and accurate advisory to potential customers regarding property movements and industry trends
- Facilitating site visits with potential buyers around the site or property, pointing out its best features, and addressing their queries
- Maintaining & tracking of record about inquiries for inspection to the client at all times
- Calibrating/updating clients on Sales progress and activities
- Preparing and publishing varied sales reports for management
- Liaise with Developers/Clients to market their projects.
