Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate-Customer Success- myHQ

About the Role :

- This role entails helping users as they use myHQ services regularly. We are a marketplace where we offer clients option to work out of multiple coworking cities. Ensuring this client base is happy and has a great work experience at the spaces will be the key focus area for this profile. We are looking for individuals who are driven, empathize with customers, and are solution-oriented. We love people who like going above and beyond to deliver results and don- t shy away from taking up new challenges and responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities :

- User Experience: Resolving the queries of day to day user queries and making sure that the user gets a good experience at all myHQ spaces.

- User Feedback and Retention: Take constant feedback from our users of their experience and work on improving our services

- Coordination with our partner HQs to ensure experience does not get hampered, leads are handled systematically

- Onboarding Team: Working with the space onboarding team in assessing the space qualities if they meet the myHQ requirement. Managing space queries and training the space management post space goes live on myHQ platform
